Foreign Investment Seminars in Tokyo (30th Oct.) and in Osaka (4th Nov.)

BTMU (Holland) delivered foreign investment seminars in Tokyo on 30th October and in Osaka on 4th November, co-hosted by the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA), Amsterdam in Business (AiB) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). Since NFIA and BTMU (Holland) entered into a Business Cooperation Agreement in 2010, this seminar has been held annually.

The keynote speeches were made by Mr. Henk Kamp (Minister of Economic Affairs) in Tokyo and Ms. Miriam van ‘t Veld (Mayor of Amstelveen) in Osaka. In addition, the latest changes in Dutch labor law and an update of Dutch tax regulation were explained by the specialists in these fields.

Over 150 Japanese companies in Tokyo and approximately 60 in Osaka attended the seminar, which concluded with great success.

BTMU (Holland) is committed to promoting and supporting the new investment of Japanese companies into the Netherlands, and to contributing to the further economic development of both countries.
