Reorganization of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Polska) S.A.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (Polska) S.A., a former subsidiary of MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. has transferred its legal status to a branch of MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. effective 1 May 2017. 

The transfer of the Polish branch increases our focus on the European market, and supports our growing client base in Poland.
