As a valued customer of MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. who has dealt in derivatives (which for the purposes of this regulation we interpret to include forward foreign exchange agreements), we would like to bring to your attention new regulatory standards imposed by the European Market Infrastructure Regulation ("EMIR").
