MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. (“MBE”) understands the importance of having clear guidelines that set forth our expectations, principles, and values. We therefore created an Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) which is attached to this page,   

All suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors engaged to provide products and services to MBE are expected to act in accordance with this Code, including aligning their policies, procedures, and practices to ensure they have a consistent approach and effective measures in place.
